Duration: 1 hour

This presentation presents a streamlined and sensitive LC–MS workflow for four key quantitative pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) assays using trastuzumab deruxtecan (TDx) in rat plasma on a triple quad mass spectrometer. Each of these assays provides unique insights into the behavior of the antibody drug conjugate (ADC), enabling a comprehensive PK/PD evaluation. Sensitivity and quantitative performance are critical for ADC analysis, enabling accurate and thorough assessments of drug stability, safety and therapeutic efficacy. The session will highlight assay sensitivity, method robustness and applicability to bioanalysis.

This session provides valuable insights into:
  • Optimal workflows for ADC quantitation.
  • Low levels of LLOQs for payload and peptide assays on the SCIEX 7500+ system.
  • Sensitivity and reproducibility in ADC quantitative assays.
